General Information

Come Join Our Leagues. – A Great Way To Meet Players Like You!

If you want to take your game to another level, you’ve come to the right place. This is a very enthusiastic racquetball environment, once you get into one of our leagues, you will be hooked!

You have the option to play Singles, Doubles, or both. This event will take place at the YMCA Thousand Oaks and Henderson pass location. The basic rules of the league will apply: 2 games to 15 (win by one), tie-breaker if necessary, will be to 11 (win by one)

All schedules, opponents’ contact information, and submitted scores will be online. Each week one game will be on your schedule, to be played Monday through Sunday. You will have the whole week to contact your opponent by phone, text, and by email to set up a mutually agreed time and day to play your match (don’t forget to book your court time once you all have decided). Every week each player/team will be assigned to call their opponent, but either of you can take the initiative to schedule your matches. Winners are responsible for reporting your scores online, as it will update the schedule with wins and losses automatically.

This racquetball league is intended to expose players to new opponents, which will help take your game to the next level by offering great competition among players within their respective levels. We have the luxury of having the best racquetball players in the city that play and train at the YMCA Thousand Oaks location.

If you’re a beginner? No problem, we have leagues for beginners as well. A great way to meet new people who play at the same level as you. The YMCA Thousand Oaks Family is now allowing Non-members to participate in the league, fees do apply.

The ACRA Racquetball League offers every level of play from the beginner to intermediate to the Open level.   The normal categories are D, C, B, A, Elite, and Open.  If you’re not sure what level you play at, our League Director, George Bustos, is happy to help you and can be contacted at: 210-373-2626 or george@alamoracquetball.org
